2 decades of experience working with some of the best in industry BFSIs including BNP Paribas, American Express, Yes Bank, Jana Small Finance Bank and India Infoline Finance in the mid management level.
This has laid the foundation for his effective entrepreneurial and prudent management skills to deliver long-term success.

Chief Operating Officer
Management Graduate from XIMB, with 15 years of diverse BFSI work experience.
Experienced in Wholesale Finance, MSME & Small Business Lending, Financial Inclusion, Agri Lending, Affordable Housing, Consumer Lending and Education Finance in Banks, NBFCs and Fintech.
Siva has managed processes across the customer life cycle - Acquisition, Underwriting, Customer Engagement, Portfolio Monitoring, Customer Loyalty and Remedial Management.
